A Word: The Nation State or Personal Application
Yesterday, I was in Target with my daughter. The store employees moved the graphic tees to the corner on 3 almost unreachable shelves. The t-shirts were tossed like fresh clothes out of the dryer. The rock T-shirts mixed with television shirts and so forth. Trying to find a size and themed shirt was near impossible. Why on earth they tucked them in a corner in such disarray right before school starts back is beyond me. Braxton and I began organizing the chaos as we searched for a few. Upon doing this a judgmental lady came by with disapproving non-verbals. I woke up thinking about yesterday’s t-shirt colossal. I have noticed lately that God has been giving me tangible illustrators of lessons or words he wants to give me . After bible reading each morning, I sit quietly then write. Today’s writing seems tied to yesterday’s experience.
Here is the application to that experience:
A sorting, unscrambling needs to be done. The messages are mixed, confusing and in disorder. It will take more than one person to fix the mess, and it takes time. The systems and protocols are chaotically wrong. Some will come and not admire or appreciate the attempts to bring order. That is expected. Some messages need to be destroyed all together; my children do not need to hear or see. The problem is that there will always be someone who comes behind your clean up, who doesn’t appreciate order which brings prosperity. Disorder brings apathetic mindsets and soon disorder carries over to multiple parts of the kingdom. Like a stretched out neck on a t-shirt, this chaos is stretched out too far, and reversal is not possible. Not to worry, I will bring forth other options. Cheerleaders and coaches will appear to encourage and direct. They will come from unexpected places with energy and wisdom.
( This can be applied to our country or your personal situation- it is dual for me)
