Good Health Scriptures & Declarations

Proverbs 18:21 says that there is death and life in the power of the tongue. When we are positive, scriptural and speak good over our health, we will benefit. The opposite is true if we are negative. We must be so careful on all words we speak. Innocently, our negative words can quickly become curses on us or others.

Without thinking, we might say….
“I’m sick.”
“My head hurts terrible. ”
“My leg hurts.”

These are curse statements over our bodies. Remember, that it is always the will of the Father to heal. He loves you. When our children are sick, what parent would not remove the sickness if we could? I know I would.

The enemy works on our minds. He tells us that maybe it’s our time to go, maybe we are being punished by Yah for some sin or maybe this sickness is a part of some lesson. There is no doubt that the Father can take these situations and make something beautiful or good come out of them. But let us not be mistaken. Satan is the one who brings on illness and disease. He is the ruler of death, destruction, pain and torment. He thrives on us feeling hopeless. He corrupts our carnal minds as he is the master of planting seeds of fear and negativity. We have to cover our insecurities or negative thoughts with Truth along with positive thoughts and statements.

Spiritual Assignment:
Read the healing scriptures below out-loud. You can read over yourself, over your loved one or on behalf of someone who is not with you. Then, read out loud the declaration statements. Something amazing happens in the spiritual realm when you stand on the Word with confidence, faith and hope. If you feel sad about your state of health or someone else’s health…STOP and armor up by doing this Declaration exercise.

If you are sick or someone near and dear to you is, take this like medicine…Read out loud twice a day!

Healing Scriptures & Declarations:
Heal me, O YHWH, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise. ~ Jeremiah 17:14
Declaration: I praise you for saving and healing me.

Worship the YHWH your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you… Exodus 23:25
Declaration: I worship you and only you. You will nourish my soul and body. You will take away my sickness.

But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,’ declares YHWH Jeremiah 30:17
Declaration: Thank you for restoring my health and healing my wounds. I love you.

You restored me to health and let me live. Surely it was for my benefit that I suffered such anguish. In your love you kept me from the pit of destruction; you have put all my sins behind your back. ~ Isaiah 38:16-17
Declaration: Your love for me is endless. You will restore my health and I shall live.

Nevertheless, I will bring health and healing to it; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security. ~ Jeremiah 33:6
Declaration: You are restoring my health. You are healing me. In your care, I have peace and security.

Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.” ~ 3 John 1:2
Declaration: I am a friend to you, Yahshua. Your will is for me to be in good health and to prosper in all things.

He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away. ~ Revelation 21:4
Declaration: In You, I put my trust and life. You will restore my health. You will comfort me and take away all pain.

YHWH, I cried out to You, and You have healed me. Psalms 30: 2
Declaration: You hear me. You love me. You will heal me.

But those who seek the YHWH shall not lack any good thing. Psalm 34:10
Declaration: I rely on you for all my needs. I put my faith in you and only you. I will not lack of any good thing.

Challenge: Memorize some of the healing scriptures to use as a sword when you need them. Let’s say you have a negative thought, you can immediately rebuke it with one of these memorized or paraphrased scriptures. If a doctor give’s you carnal minded negative information, you can rebuke that negative statement and cover it with Spiritual truth.
